1. Your account
Use your own account details and keep your password private. Do not impersonate others, exploit bugs, automate unfair play, harass players, or interfere with the service. Report technical problems to the operator. The operator may restrict accounts that violate these rules and will review reports through the published support channel.

2. Gameplay and virtual items
NeonDreams is a persistent browser game. Cash, experience, levels, equipment, achievements and credits are virtual game data. Gameplay rules, item offers and progression may change as the game develops. Published item versions remain identifiable. NPC and player combat carry the risks described on the combat screen. PvP is optional and can allow attacks while you are offline.

3. Credits and purchases
Credits are an account-bound virtual currency used for the offers explicitly priced in credits. They are not money, cannot be withdrawn for cash and are not transferred between accounts through this game. You must see the exact credit quantity, total currency price, item requirements and offer before confirming a purchase. Do not pay unless you understand the offer and are authorised to use the payment method.
The operator must publish complete purchase, delivery, cancellation and refund information before enabling live sales. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded by this draft. Contact the published support address if delivery fails or you have a payment dispute. A payment return page is not proof that credits have been delivered; check your order status and account balance.

4. Availability and account data
